Its been a busy busy week!!! It started out last saturdaywhen we had a bachelorette party for Betty at Dick's last resort. It was fun. Her future husband was therewith all his friends too, so it was a big exciting nite out. Wooo hooo. So began the hectic week. I also dyed my hair, actually hilighted it. I made it kinda blonde!

Next up came sunday. I went to the Providence Place Mall with my mom. I finally started Christmas shopping. 1 gift down, lots to go!

Monday I worked like a busy busy beaver!!!! I opened mail like the diligent little slave I am!!! After work, I went tanning. I am becoming an addict. I love love love the tanning salon. I have almost as much color as I did this summer, not quite tho. I will soon. I started tanning for the wedding, but I dont think I will ever be able to stop!!!!!! Then I cleaned my room. Pookie came over with an engagement gift, an ice cream maker!! I am sooo excited. I love ice cream!!! I cannot wait to make gummy bear fudge ice cream!

Tuesday, I went from work to the tanning salon again. MMMMM. I love it there. Then, I went home to wait for JoeJoe Bear. He drove up from Jersey, which took 7 hours. Bleh. We ordered pizza, ate and then just relaxed together.

Wednesday, I went to work, and got out at 3. I came home and dyed my hair back to browm, a color called hazelnut. I didn't like the hilights. Then I got ready for Betty's wedding rehearsal and rehearsal dinner. I am getrting nervous. Hopefully I can remember everything the lady told us!!!!! I want Betty's wedding to be perfect tomorrow.

The dinner was really nice. I sat with JoeJoe Bear, pookie, her bf, and Kristen. We giggled lots about our running jokes.

After the dinner, we went home, where my mom was going crazy gtting ready for thanksgiving. Mmmm turkeyt. My older sister was driving home from NY with her bf and his friend. Altogether, there are 10 people staying at my house!! Its a little hectic. Her bf and his friend are really cool, and its nice to have some fresh faces here.

Today is turkey day. I got up and watched the parade to see my friend Rachel who was in it. Then, it was time to put our costumes on!! Every year, we celebrate our pilgrim heritage (my many times great grandfather was actually a pilgrim, george soule) by dressing up. This year our pilgrim costume was missing, so we improvised. I dressed up as the indian. I wear paper bags taped together wtith indian symbols such a teepees and moons. Then i taped feathers in my hair. Sandy was the turkey. She wore a big orange table cloth with a red feather boa in her hair. Stacy was a "modern" pigrim. She usually wears a pigrim dress with my amish bonnet. we couldnt find either. my mom hid them i think. so she wore my red plastic dress and put a scarf in her hair. Not very pilgrimish, but we had to make due!!!!

Dinner was good. It has to be because sandy's friends are here. Holidays at my house always follow the same pattern. Tim acts like a jerk. Stacy starts crying. Dad yells. Mom gets upset and leaves the table. Its happened at every holiday here for years. We have only gotten through dinner. There is still time during dessert!!!!

MMM maybe i will run off and steal a peice of pumpkin cheesecake! Happy Thanksgiving!!!
