OK, so here are my comments on the guys! Feel free to agree, disagree, berate my opinions. Be my guest!! O, and does Seacrest look a lot less metro this season to anyone else? They have him dressed in manly clothes and he cut off his blond tips. definately an improvement!!

Mario Vasquez-- There is something about him I don't like. I think its because I picture him singing in women's underwear. Anyhow, he is not my pick!!

Anwar Robinson-- What a yummy music teacher. I have always had a thing for music teachers!!! Not a huge fan of the song he picked tonite, but I love him! What a voice!!!!

Joe Murena-- Yuck. He reminds me of a Jersey guy.

David Brown-- His voice is ok, I guess. I hated his song choice. It was awful. He sounds a lot better with the high notes, but the low notes suck!

Constantine Maroulis-- I love this guy...The song was good, but I think he couldve picked something that showed off his voice, with less screaming

Scott Savol-- I really like his voice. I hated his song (notice a pattern!?!?! these guys suck at picking songs tonite!!!) he definately looked better tonite. Maybe Seacrest has been rubbing off on his style; hmm, i think my bf simon was hitting on him too!!

Travis Tucker-- the dancing has to go. one of the better songs of the night (still not really a fan of the song, but better than the rest of them...) he sounded pretty good.

Nikko Smith-- He sounds like hes trying to hard... and thats a weird song to pick, especially since most AI viewers are old women and teenagers!!! He didn't sing it that great.... Ended a lot better than it started.

Anthony Federov-- I love his voice!!!!!!!! and sadly, I really liked the song he picked. Hes a cutie.... I actually think I liked him the best tonite!!!

Bo Bice-- Wow. where did they find the songs tonite?!?!?!?! I hated Bo's song. it makes him sound hoarse!!!!! not good

Ok, so my votes tonite, definately Anthony, and I really do like Anwar. I may give some to Constantine, tho I really havent decided. Everyone else, not a chance!! They sucked tonite!!!!

I got home today, and sitting on my doorstep is a package!! Woohooo!! I saw the package said "the buckle" so I knew it... My luckys had arrived!!! I ran upstairs, package in hand, and ripped off my suit, to try on my new jeans. they are SO SO SO SO SO cute!! worth every cent of the 64.00 they cost. :) Yay!!!!!!! and, despite betty's lecture on my spending habits, I am quite excited that I got another pair for 18.00 new with tags on ebay! Yay!!

I am in serious trouble! I have too much time on my hands alone with my computer. Especially late at night, I sit online, and look at stuff. I search for clothes, shoes, purses, tickets to shows or concerts. Its bad!
Lets see, I started last week and bought some Lucky Jeans, some shirts from forever 21, and a bunch of earrings. They should arrive tomorrow!!!
Today, I was on ebay. Thats never a good way to start. I searched for coach bags, but didnt find anything that screamed "bid, bid!"
then I searched lucky jeans. with 44 seconds left, I found a brand new with tags pair of lucky jeans (the peanut ones, if you wanna check em out on www.luckybrandjeans.com). this pair of brand new jeans was 9.99!! so i HAD to bid. And I won!! After shipping, my new luckies only cost me 18!!!!!! These are at least 80 in stores!!!!
Next I searched for camcorder accesories. I found the bag, spare battery and tape for my camcorder with a bid of 99 cents!! so I bid 6.00. Its 80 dollars at best buy, so keep your fingers crossed!!!!!
Then I decided to search for Phantom of the OPera tickets in Boston ( I really wanna go), so I am bidding on some tickets right now. I bid 75 for 3 tickets, so if I win, it'll be a crazy ass deal!!!!
I say deal. I am seriously awful at online shopping. when I am in the mall, I have self control. I can talk myself out of purchasing something while I am walking through the store. Online shopping, I click a button and I am done. Errrrr.......

It's sunday night, and I finally sat down to catch my breath. Let's recap!!
Friday, I got out of work at 4:30. I drove from Boston to providence, because JoeJoeBears Trial competition was in Providence. I found his hotel (right next to the mall!!!) and went to his room, where his weekend roommate Dominic was. I got to his hotel at 5:15. He didn't get back there till almost 6:30!!! His second trial of the day ran wayyyy long. thats because his partners are long winded. When he got back to the hotel, he changed, and we went to dinner with the rest of his team, and the other team from Rutgers. We went to Joe's, which was uber-yummy. We went back to the hotel and had a few drinks (I had 0) with his team, before i drove back to G-town. (I felt really weird staying there with a roommate...)
Saturday morning, I got up bright and early, went to the bank, and drove to Providence. Once I got there, I watched Joe's competition, which was not very fun. Joe and his partner went on Friday morning, so I missed them. His teammates went on Saturday morning. So, I didn't get to see Joe be a lawyer. Instead I saw his long winded teammates. Bleh! The results came out after that trial. Joes team lost 2 and 1 one trial... the one Joe and his partner did was the one that they won!! But since his teammates lost, they didn't advance. I felt bad, but at least Joe won his trial. Yay!!!
So, he was all done with the competition. We went to the mall. I love the Providence place mall. I bought a few shirts and some earrings at Forever 21. Yay!!! I was really good, and didnt buy anything else at the mall!!!!
After the mall, we went back to the hotel and hung out with Dominic for a while. At 7ish, we left, and went back to my house. I called Betty and invited her out for some dinner. So we went to my house, dropped Joes car off, and picked up betty for dinner. we went to the acapulco. mmmmmmmm. Some good Mexican food. It was soo much better than Wednesday's disgusting dinner. Thomas, Betty's husband, met us there. we had fun, and the food was fantastic. Betty invited us back to her house after dinner, but Joe was beat, so we went back to my house, and fell asleep.
Today we slept in, and woke up just in time to see the Phantom Gourmet (I love that show!!!) Today, it was all italian restaurants. Made me crave it!!! We hung out and watched the movie after the Phantom, Lying Eyes. It was realyl bad. so bad, that it drew me in and I had to watch!!! Them we got dressed, and went out to the mall. We just kinda wandered, because there was nothing much else to do. At the mall we ran into my brother. then we went to dinner at Vinnie T's (with my brother). I had to quench my craving for Italian. mmmm. it was absolutely fantastic. Then we came home and my baby had to go back to Jersey. SO now I am curled up in my pajamas enjoying the last semblance of my weekend!!

OK, so who saw the oc tonite? It was soosoo soos sooooo good!! Marissa told her mom she has a gf, and julie (her mom) said she used to screw around with girls. then lindsey is really calibs daughter, and moves to chicago! and dumps ryan. And best of all, Seth and Summer get back together, in the perfect comic book ending to the episode, Seth hanging upside off his roof with a spider man mask on kissing summer!! YAYAYAY!!

JoeJoeBear and I wanted to try a new Mexican place that was closer to my house. BAD IDEA!! With Mexican, if you have a place you like, stick with it. We really like the Acapulco, in Framingham, which we should have gone to. Instead, we tried Tortilla Sam's in Worcester. I remember going there in HS and college after plays and such and it was always good. Turns out it used to be the Acapulco. lol. I guess I should have figured it wasnt really the same restaurant. Well, Tortilla Sams is TRENDY Mexican food. I thought it was disgusting. Joe got black beans instead of refried, there were all tofu choices, and the food was just unappetizing. We got tortilla chips that looked like toasted syrian bread. I definately do not recommend it. the only thing I liked was the fried ice cream and the coke. Definately 3 thumbs down!!

And so no one feels left out, the roommates I actually liked and got alogn with are as follows: Kris, the only person on earth that could put up with me for 3 years! Jenna: the only one of my many college roomies that I loved to death and still do! Ang: My girl that made me at home in law school and took me under her wing! and last but not least.... Ashling: the sweetest girl on earth... no one could EVER say anything bad about ashling!!!

So, its the second night of idol this week, the girls!!! I like the boys better. I dont know why, they are more fun for me. I think its because I loathe hearing bad kareoke versions of Celine Dion. the real thing is bad enough to me. Who did everyone vote for? I really liked the blond girl with the country voice. Damn, can she sing!!!! She is definately awesome. Next, I thought the black girl with the 70s fro was fantastic. she actually had a style, and I really liked it. My other pick tonight is an odd one. I love the 17 year old that sounds like the nanny. shes so funny. I dont know if she will be able to compete on the same level as the rest of them, but I like watching her. I am jealous of how much she flirts with Simon!! (I have the hugest crush on Simon. I think its the accent, because why else would I drool over a 40 year old british guy with man-boobs???) she needs to stop hitting on my man!!!!!!!! So, lemme know your picks!!!!

This morning, I had to be in Court at 9 am. I got to the courthouse at 8:30, because there is always an awful line that takes FOREVER to get in. This morning, there was no line. I thought to myself, wow, this must be my lucky day!!! So, I enter the courthouse, set off the metal detectors as usual (I set them off every single day. I have no idea why) and proceed to the elevator. Now the courthouse is a biiiig tall building.
I got in the elevator with at least 15 other people. it was snug. We go up to 2, people are waiting, but there is not enough room for even 1 more person. The doors close, the elevator jolts up, and stops. We press the buttons, nothing. We hit the emergency button, and the man tells us to sit tight. What else could we do? Now, with 15 people crammed in an elevator, all wearing business suits, carrying heavy wool coats, it gets a little toasty. after the first 5 minutes, it got really hot and it got hard to breathe. We were in there at least 15 minutes before we got the door pried open. And the elevator was stuck on 2. Sooooo, I got stuck WALKING to the 11th floor!!!!!!!!! That royally sucked. I was already hot from staying in the elevator so long. then I had to walk up 10 flights of stairs. I was weezing pretty bad and very close to having an asthma attack by floor 9. But I made it all the way up. And my conference this morning took about half as much time as getting out of the elevator did. I am just thankful I got out of there. It was not an experience I would like to repeat. I have to go again tomorrow.... those elevators BETTER be fixed!!!!!!

O, don't worry, I am not talking politics. I am talking about something much much more important and something that effects us on a much bigger scale. I am talkng about AMERICAN IDOL!!!!!!!!! Today, i felt a lot of the performances were subpar, but out of the guys, I think I have already selected my favorites. First, we have Anthony Federof (??). Maybe its bc he reminds me of Clay and I loved Clay. I dunno. But hes a big favorite of mine right now. Then there is Constantine. (the rock guy). I like him. Hes edgy, he has personality, and despite what liz says, I think he is cute!!!!!! Next, Anwar (???). He did Moon River tonite. Vocally he is my fav. He has been my fav since the he first auditioned. His voice gives me chills. This season is definately making up for last year. Though I did put in my votes for Latoya, John Stevens, and John Peter Lewis, I thought the competition was weak. I hated Fantasia. She creeps me out. Diana Degarmo is ok, i guess. I wouldnt buy her record. They were not Clay. But these guys can compete with Clay. and Kelly. I like her too. Yay idol. I really like Simon. Hes a hottie. Can't wait, 2 more nights of it!!!

I am so excited right now!!! I just discovered that 2 of my fav stores from NJ/PA are online and I can actually still buy clothes that I like even though none of my fav stores are in sight. Lets start with The Buckle. www.buckle.com is the site, and I am super excited. The Buckle is mainly a jeans store, with mainly Lucky jeans which I LOVE!! My mom gave me $$ for Lucky jeans for my bday, since i could only find 1 pair at Filenes and they were not the cute ones. Soooo, I went on buckle.com and they were having a sale!! so i got 20 dollars off my jeans, plus another 10%!!! and shipping was only 3 dollars, which is less than it costs in gas to get to the suck ass mall here. soooo, my luckies are on the way, at only $60!!!! Yayayay!!!
Then, I typed in Forever 21.com, my other fav store in NJ, that I would go to every time I went out. clothes are really cute and CHEAP!!! So a new outfit never costs that much. and I can shop online there!!!! yay! the nearest one to me is providence, which is a little far, and expensive to park at. so i am so so so so excited!! YAYAYAYAYAYAYAY!!!!!!!!

This weekend was definately not long enough. I started Friday after work. I went to Liz's. we ordered Thai food (mmmmmmmmmmm) from thai Cha Da, and stayed in to watch the notebook. wow. it was such a great movie!!!!! I was kind of expecting it to be another crap ass girl movie. I was in tears for the last half hour. It was soooo good!!! On Saturday, I got up bright and early to go dress shopping with roach. first we went to attleboro, to a store that said it had the dresses she was looking for. try again. they lied to us! I camde from gtow, karen came from springfield and roach came from plymouth. erg!!!! well, i can say we didnt give them any business. we did find one that roach liked there. so we went to a dress shop in plymouth (one a lot nicer and much more helpful) and ordered them there. and we got a discount. sweeet! afterward we hung out at roachs house and ate her bday cake her future hubby brought her. mmmmm. its from finale in cambridge. those cakes are AMAZING!!!! later we went out in Plymouth to this cool club. Karens bf was a little rowdy, and he almost got in a fight with this man that was at least 7 feet tall and well over 300 pounds. i am glad we got out of there!!!!!!
we got back to roachs house late, and all slept in the next morning. Karen and her bf drove me back to gtown where I retreived my car, and home I went. I had a really bad headache and cramps (I hatehatehate being a girl sometimes) so I took it easy, coming in and out of consciousness.
Today was supposed to be a long weekend, but stupid me schedules an appointment with a client, not realizing it was a holiday. So i went into the office around noon, and worked a half day. It wasnt bad though, everyone was kinda chill. So, my weekend is over. 4 more days till my next weekend, though I dont see next weekend being much fun. JoeJoeBears trial competition is next weekend in RI, so I will be spending it watching him on trial. I cant say I am really looking forward to it. Anything to support my baby tho. Hopefully his team does well... just not so well that they advance, because I miss my baby, and if I have to go through another month of never seeing him, I am going to cry like a baby!!!!!

Apartment hunting! I started online apartment hunting today. I want somewhere to move into in may, but most of the listings right now are for March or April. I did find a pretty sweet apartment in Somerville for April. Its a 3 bedroom, with 2 porches, kitchen, living room and dining room, washer and dryer, and dishwasher that is cat friendly for 1150. I emailed the guy to check it out. It sounds too good to be true. But it is for april 1, which is a little early for me, having to pay first and last months rents. also, joejoebear doesnt graduate until May 20, so I would be alone for a month and a half, and i don't like that idea so much. I hate going home to an empty apartment, especially one I haven't made home yet. I talked to Joe who said to check it out, and since its a 3 bedroom suggested maybe getting a roommate. a roommate would cut down on the rent, but I HATE roommates. I think that is an understatement. I was ok with Kristen in NJ. we actually got along really well. But in college, I had roommate DISASTERS! I imagine that I am not easy to live with. and other people drive me nuts. and with joe studying for the bar exam all summer, the last thing we need is someone being loud and annoying. I suggested my little sis move in with me, but its a little far from her school, and she is allergic to cats (so she says... i think she just hates them and fakes the allergy). anyhow, a 3 bedroom would be really nice, because we both have a looooot of stuff, so we can each have a room, and have an office too. does anyone know any good places to find apts in boston/cambridge/ somerville? Ideally I want to be on the T, I want at least a 2 bedroom, and it has to be cat friendly. otherwise, it just needs to be affordable, a big feat in boston.

A day off, almost!!! My boss gave me today off because there wasnt much to do. I was so excited. i planned on laying around most of the day, then was supposed to go to the natick mall with liz. around 11, my boss calls and says, you don't have to, but is there any way you can come in? I was like, when? and his response... NOW! argf. so i got dressed and went off to work. there went my nice lazy day off!!!!! owell. I need the money, so i couldnt say no.

counting my change. I have been so good, saving all my change. I have lots of quarters, but they usually end up saving my butt in Boston when I have to park downtown. Its like 30 and up to park in the am at court and at depositions. yowzers. But I have been saving the rest of my change. and i have nearly 15 dollars in pennies nickels and dimes. actually prolly a little more than that. I need 5 more dimes for another roll, and that will make 15.50 in actual rolled change. then i still have some nickels and pennies that are not enough to roll. I am quite proud of myself!! I am trying to save money. I was doing good, but I spent almost 500 on my trip to New Orleans in May, so its back to square 1. But after this weeks paycheck, I will have all my bills paid up through march 15, so hopefully the next few checks I can just bank. I need to save a bunch of money so when may comes, I have enough for first, last and security of my new apartment. Also once I get my apartment, i will revamp my finances and try to make a down payment on a car. I have a whole financial plan all set to go. I would be fine iof it wasnt for those damn school loans. they really should tell you at 18 when you apply t college that all the money you make 7 years down the road is gonna be sucked away to pay for all the fun from college. I can't even say that they are almost paid off. I have them for another 30 years!!! isnt that insane!?!?!!? my loans total more than a mortgage for a house in some places. ii guess saving all the pennies and nickels isnt gonna help very much

Movie time. I was just hanging out in my room after Idol, kinda bored. So i figured I could watch one of the hundred or so movies that have accumulated in my dvd collection. Of course I dont pick one I have not seen before. The winner, you ask? What a girl wants. I love love love this movie. I have seen it hundreds of times, and still cant get enough of it. Colin Furth is yummy. And I heart Amanda Bynes. Made for 12 year olds, you may say. No way. Every girl dreams of being royalty, and this story is just so well done. I love it. It makes me smile. Does anyone else have a movie that makes you smile, that you just watch over and over again, even though you have stacks of movies you still havent watched?

I went out with the girls tonite when I got back to the 508 from NJ. We planned a girls night out for Vday, since my baby lives far away, Pookies bf also lives far away, Betty's husband works nights and Martha is unattached. So, we went to chiles, where we induled in appetizers, som e yummy drinks, dinner and dessert. I feel like a whale!! Betty is so cute, she made us all valentines!!! I love my friend to peices! Betty, Martha, and Pookie, thanks for being my Valentines!!!!

I went to NJ this weekend to celebrate with my JoeJoe Bear!! We had a wonderful weekend. On Friday I got out of work a little early so I got a head start driving down. I got to Joes around 9ish. We ordered Dominos and had a nice dinner, then drank some champangne and cuddled. We enjoyed just being together. It was so nice. When we woke up Saturday morning, I went to Joe's class with him. He is on the Advanced Trial Team at Rutgers, and they have been practicing on Saturdays. His competition is a week from this Friday, in Rhode Island. If they lose, he's free, and I get to see my fiance on a much more regular basis. If they win, I'll strangle him. Basically, if they win, they go down to FL in March for the national competition. I really don't want him to win. I know thats terrible, but I really miss him! SO, we stayed at his practice from 11-5. LOOOOOONG TRIAL. I played a juror. I was going to video tape it ( I am video crazy since getting my camcorder for my bday) but the AV guy showed up. (they changed the time, so they didnt think the AV guy was going to make it.)

Once that was done, we went to Depford to Circuit City, Best Buy and the mall. We needed to go to Circuit CIty to buy Joe speakers for his computer, which was his VDAY gift from me. Let me say I HATE Circuit City. They are rude, unhelpful and the service sucks. I went trying to spend 150 on speakers for my fiance, and the incompetent staff would not help me. So we left and I bought him better speakers at Best Buy, where the staff is competent, and actually likes to help their customers. Then to the mall (that was my idea). Its really sad but I only wanted to go to Depford to go to Gertrude Hawk, which is the chocolate store I worked at during law school. there used to be one in cherry hill, which is where i worked, but it closed. so, we went to depford, which is much further from joes house and the mall isnt half as good. but, i got my chocolate. I bought my mom smidgens and joe smidgens for vday, and i also bought myself a box. Joejoe bear had not bought me chocolate for vday (OMG!!!), so I showed him the box I wanted and he bought it for me. I think the bunny smidgens might be out now for easter. the dark chocolate coconut custard or the raspberry smidgens are the best.
After the mall, we had part one of our super vday extravaganza. he took me out to dinner at macaroni grill, which was uber yummy. we both got the penne rustico. mmmm. my tummy growls just thinking of how yummy it is. after we went back to joejoebears house with some champange and cuddled and enjoyed each others company.
Sunday we got up and went to cherry hill mall. i love cherry hill mall. Joe joe bear bought this really hot calvin klein suit, which is his bday present from his parents. he looks damn good in it. I did good, not buying ANYTHING!! we did end up having lunch at coldstone creamery. I ordered banana ice cream with chocolate syrup and chocolate chips in it. Quite good. Joe ordered this coffee heathbar ice cream. we both like them, so we just kind of shared both. mmmm. we went home after the mall, and hung out at JoeJoe Bear's house for a bit. There, we exchanged presents. I bought JoeJoeBear the speakers he wanted and some cds. He bought me chocolate (mmmmm) and the coach bag i wanted, the white one with the multicolored spots on it. I love it!!!!
Around 5:30 we headed out for our second VDAY dinner. mmmm. my turn to take out JoeJoe Bear so I took him to PF changs. We had some super yummy food, along with the WORST service I have ever had!! I think the waitress messed up a few times early on, and figured she wouldnt get a tip, so she said screw it. We finished eating and it was 20 minutes before she came over and asked if we were all set. then it took another half hour before we got our food boxed and got our check. it was pretty irritating. Had she tried to be attentive towards the end even a little, we would not have cared that she messed up a little. but she was just plain rude to us. owell, the food was really good and i got to spend extra time gazing across the table at my joey.
We went home from dinenr, and my friend Salena was at JoeJoe Bears house. We made chocolate covered strawberries and marshmallows and indulged in the yummy desserts along with some champange. mmmm. salena went to bed at like 12, because she had to work today, so me and joe went to his room and enjoyed the alone time together.
This morning we woke up around 10 and stayed in bed till 12ish. it was so nice, just cuddling each other. My boss gave me today off, which was much appreciated, because I actually got to see my baby on Vday. We just cuddled and acted silly till 2ish, when he had to go to class and I had to leave to come home. One last surprise though. Salena helped me set up JoeJoeBEar to get a pink rose at school. :) I think he liked it. It was a perfect Vday. I love my Joey so so so so much. He is the bestest guy ever and it was so nice to spend so much time together. I really treasure every second we get to spend together!

Driving home tonight sucked. it was fine on the pike until I got to Westboro, when it started to get very whiteout like. I get off the pike, and g-town's roads suck. There is a big hill on the way to my house, and the jackass in front of me STOPPED on the hill. i do not have 4 wheel drive. It was next to impossible to get the rest of the way up. Then, on the road to my house, someone was stopped in the opposite lane of traffic. All the people travelling in that direction just kept driving around on my side of the road. on sheer ice, i couldn't stop and barely missed getting hit. Then I turn onto my street and slow down to get into my huge hill of my driveway. I skid past my driveway into my mailbox. at least it stopped me. Then i backed up and tried to get UP my driveway. it took like 15 minutes. not fun. then i had to fix my mailbox. Is winter over yet?!?!

This morning I awoke to the usual morning radio show i lister to. they were doing a contest with simple life trivia, to win a new dell laptop. as usual, i get through the contest lines, and the ask me the questions. i get the first right. then they ask me the second question. last night during the simple life, joe joe bear called. i missed 5 minutes of it. the 2nd question was from that 5 minutes. I got it WRONG! dammit. so close!!!

this morning on the 6 o'clock news, i saw a blurb about a train hitting 2 people, that they thought were BU students. I had a "wow that sucks" reaction, then it fell to the back of my head. On my drive home from work today, my mom called. She sounded worried, and blurted out, "call your sister. i don't know if you heard, but 2 BU students were killed today, and your sister lives on the floor with one of them". Wow. my stomach just dropped. I called my little sis like 20 times. She finally im'ed me back. I feel so bad for her. I really don't even know what to say. Losing someone is so awful, especially when they are only 19 or 20. I feel so bad for those kids. I can't even imagine getting hit by a train. and their poor families.

i love the word underpants!!! it makes me giggle!! underpants underpants underpants!!! i, unlike most normal twentysomething year old women, am unable to refer to my undergarmets as "panties, lingerie, thongs". they are underpants to me. and everytime i say "underpants" i get strange looks from everyone around me, who apparently do not say underpants. underpants underpants underpants.

Me and Stacy had a super duper bowl party. no one came. Well, my mom came. and piglet. we decided to have it at 10 minutes of 6 on sunday. but we ordered yummy dominos pizza and wings and my mom made hors d'oevres and chips and candy. so we watched the super duper bowl and cheered for the patriots. Yay! we won. it was worth the lame party. hahaha. hey greg, what was the score? I think patriots won, didnt they?! haha yayayay!

I had a looooong ass day today, court in quincy in the am, then to the office, the court in salem. Thats a lot of driving in one day. But I ended up in salem. and in salem, on pickering warf, there is a little gourmet shop that sells the worlds best cookies. Burt's awful cookies. mmmmmm. They are chocolate chip coookies with truffles in the middle. mmmm. i also got raspberry bramble cookies. if i look fat this next week its because I have gobbled down all 18 of the cookies i bought. I havent eaten them all yet, but give me a day or so and they will all be gone. mmmmm.

Last night I went to dinner at my friend Kristen's house. It was uber yummy!! I had a blast. At 10:30 I went to leave to go home, and lo and behold, I left my keys in my ignition and locked them there. Luckily, I put the emergency road service on my cell phone. SO I called and got my keys taken out. But this is becoming a habit. I constantly lock my keys in my car. If its not that, then I leave the lights on and kill the battery. I do this regularly. Like once a week. Does anyone else do that?!?!

today sucked. i had to get up at 5:45 to catch the commuter rail at 6:50 (so i had to leave my house at 6:30 at the latest). I took the commuter rail to Beantown, where i had to walk to court, in the bitter cold. when i get to court, there is a line. there is always a line, and it wraps around the building. I got there at like 8:20 and I did not get in until about 8:45. it sucked. I was frozen. So i go to where I needed to go. I was the only one in the room. every one else was stuck in the line. there has got to be a better way for people to get into a building. so i sit there and wait. not only are all the other attorneys late, but the judge is late as well. by the time the judge gets there, my opposing counsel had to do something else. so i got stuck waiting until 10:10 to finally meet with the judge. I had a deposition I was supposed to attend at 10. ERRRRR! I hate being late, especially when it makes me look bad and its not my fault. So I finally get out of court around 10:30 and had to take a cab to the deposition, costing me like 20 dollars. I finally get to the deposition and the other lawyer is pissed because I am so late, and acts like a complete c**t the entire time. ERRRRRRRR. Well, I ended up working straight through till like 5:30 without taking a lunch. then I had to go to south station and catch a 6:10 train back to gtown. the train sucks. its so slow. its crowded. its cold. i hate it. i never take it unless i have to go to court in beantown. So I finally got home around 7:40. I left my house at 6:30. it sucked. So i fed my cat and climbed into bed and watched idol. then i finally wished my baby a happy birthday. now, i am completely fried and getting ready for bed. at least i can drive to work tomorrow. hopefully it goes a lot better.

I feel like such a bad fiance. I talked to my JoeJoeBear and he sounded so sad. And its his birthday. He had class until 9:30 and then went home to a lonely house. this long distance thing sucks. i hate not being there for him, especially on his birthday. and valentines day is 2 weeks away, and we are not going to be together on that day either. it sucks. I feel like a rotten fiance for coming back to ma and not staying the extra year in nj. like its all my fault that we are apart and he is so sad and i am so sad. it just really sucks!!
