I HAD ATT FOR THE LONGEST TIME. YEARS AND YEARS. AND THEN THEY MERGED WITH CINGULAR, BUT I STILL HAD ATT. THEN I LOST MY PHONE, AND THEY FORCED ME TO SWITCH OVER, BECAUSE THEY WOULDNT SELL ME AN ATT PHONE. SO NOW I AM STUCK WITH THE SHITTY PHONE THEY SOLD ME, THAT I PAID A LOT FOR. TODAY, I WAS SITTING AROUND, ALL OF A SUDDEN MY PHONE STARTED FLASHING ON AND OFF, AND IT SHORT CIRCUITED. IT WON'T TURN ON NOW!!!! I AM REALLY AGGRAVATED. THEN I CALLED CINGULAR, AND SAT ON HOLD FOR 25 MINUTES ONLY TO GET A MESSAGE THAT THE OFFICE IS CLOSED AND TO CALL IN THE AM. ERRRRRR!!!!! THEN I GOT AN AFTER HOURS NUMBER, WHERE THE GIRL WAS USELESS AND WAS GIGGLING TO SOME OTHER PERSON IN THE CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT. SHE GAVE ME ANOTHER NUMBER TO CALL. AGAIN, I SAT ON HOLD, ONLY TO FIND OUT THEY WERE ALSO CLOSED!!! ERRRR!!! I NEED A FONE, I DRIVE WAY TOO MUCH NOT TO HAVE ONE ON ME AT ALL TIMES. I AM SO ANGRY RIGHT NOW!!
