My weekend was great. I got out of work fri early and got to jersey around 8. Joe and I had dinner at Mexican Food Factory which was yummy. Then we went back to his house. I sat on his couch, and fell asleep, while I was supposed to be hanging out with him, Salena and Shawn. I think I am getting old.

Sat, I got up, and Joe and I went to atlantic city. we did a little gambling, where I was up 15, then lost 20. so I came out maybe 5 dollars negative i guess. owell. it was a blast. i love the nickle machines, especially the dick clark's rockin eve. we walked the whole boardwalk, and had funnell cakes, then dinner at hooters!! a guy came around and took our picture and put it on a key chain. we stopped into all the shops on the boardwalk. a lot of them sell baby iguanas. i cringe seeing them. i had 2 iguanas, malikai and isssak. malikai ran under my fridge after 2 days and i never saw him again. isssak, i had for a while. he was my baby. i really loved that lizard. my mom was watching him for a week in october, and left his heat lamp off and he died. iguanas need heat!!! keeping tiny baby iguanas on the boardwalk in glass cages is just plain mean. I was so cold, i bought jeans to wear because i wore a skirt. i can just imagine how cold the little lizards were!! and i saw one that was maybe 3-4 years old, a pretty decent sized iguana. and the cage it was in was way too small. i really wanted to buy them all and free them someplace warm.
After AC, we went back to Joes. There were a bunch of people there and I was worried about my cat ( i will get into that in a different post) so i kinda acted antisocial and hid in joes room and fell asleep kinda early.

Sunday, Joe and I woke up, and went shopping at ikea. we found a couch!! we couldnt buy it because neither of us drives a big car. but we're gonna get it when he has the uhaul to move up to ma. we did buy bookcases, tables for our living room, some cooking dishes, a dish drying rack, a kitchen rug, a scale, a clothes drying rack, a unicef teddy bear, shower curtain liners and rings, hot pads and only god knows what else. it was a good trip. btw, our living room is going to be red and purple. yes, our couch is purple. i am on the lookout for some hot rugs so if you see any lemme know.

after Ikea, it was getting late, so i drove home, worrying about piggy the whole time!!
my weekend was WAY too short.
