What's your stance on:

• Captial Punshment- I think capital punishment is a good thing and a bad thing. Some people are just really really bad people. So why should taxpayers have to support them in jail for 100 years. When I say bad people, I would include serial murders with dna evidence linking them to the crime, definite proof. because there are people on death row that aren't guilty and that would suck. I would also include terrorists. but i don't think the electrc chair is good enough. i personally think terrorists should be killed in a very inhumane way for causing people to suffer. i like the idea of public stonings. put them in shackles in times square and have people throw rocks at them. They deserve it.
  
• Abortion- a woman should have the right to choose what to do with her body. there is no reason some old white man should tell a woman she has to have a baby. if you take the right of abortionb away, you are going to have women out in their sheds stabbing their insides with wire hangers and women throwing themselves down the stairs. not cool. also, its not really my place to judge what someone else can do with their body. I don't personally think that I could have an abortion, but I know that I have a family that would support me and a baby. But its not for me to say that a 13 year old girl who was raped by her brother and gets beaten by her drug addict parents and ran away and lives on the street should have the baby that would be her brothers child. thats fucked for anyone to say she should have to have that baby. and if she does have that baby? if every life counts, shouldnt the quality of life count??? a fetus would be better off not being born than being a crack baby on the streets sold into a life of prostitution, wouldnt you agree? so i do think abortion should be left up to the individual. I wouldnt want someone telling me i had to do something with my body and i dont think i have the right to tell anyone else that.
  
• Affirmative Action- well, I think all people should be pretty much equal. and growing up in mass, they pretty much are. to live here, there really isnt a difference between white and black and i always thought quotas and such were stupid and outdated. that was until i lived in camden, nj. in camden, during the 60s there was a white flight, where all the white people left camden and took the industry and jobs with it. all the black people were left destitute. and many ofthem are in the same position nearly 50 years later. so my perspectives really have changed. i think affirmative action is a good thing, and i think something really does need to be done to fix the racial disparities in this country. its sad really that we are the free country, and there is still such a difference in classes between white and black.
  
• The Environment- very important issue. much more needs to be done for the environment, because if we don't our planet is going to be a wasteland, and without it we cannot survive as a race. I was watching something on Venus, where basically Venus was like Earth at one time and something screwed with its enviroment and dried up all the water and then volcanic activity occured and put a lot of poisonous gas in the atmosphere, making it awful. Well, i dont really want that to happen to earth, even after i die, because i will have kids and grandkids who need a beautiful planet to live on. more needs to be done towards alternative fuel for cars because we ue so much gas that we are depleting the environment of all its natural resourses. its bad bad bad. We need to stop polluting rivers and lakes and the ocean. something just has to be done.
  
• Gun control- guns are bad. when the constitution was written, semi automatic weapons did not exists. machine guns did not exist. there is no need for people to have these. I do think people should be able to have guns, but i think it should be very limited. A hunting rifle is one thing. but why does anyone other than a cop need a handgun????
  
• The war in Iraq- I am very strongly against the war in Iraq. we do not belong there. actually we would be better off just leaving that entire area of the planet alone to self destruct. because it will. the all hate each other. why should so many americans be dying for fucking oil? we have the technology to have electric cars. lets make and sell them. lets be proactive so that we dont have to rely on the mideast for shit, and pull out all of our money from there. and that bastard saddam should be stoned in public (see my answer to capital punishment). O, and when i say this about the war, its americas policy i dont support. i do however support all of the troops. though they do not belong over there, they need and deserve our support and respect for being over there. its not their fault our president is a moron.
